概 述
本連續(xù)發(fā)泡機(jī)把溢流槽發(fā)泡和上澆式發(fā)泡巧妙地結(jié)合在一起,它突破了傳統(tǒng)發(fā)泡由下向上的發(fā)泡方法,聚集國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)泡機(jī)械優(yōu)點(diǎn)于一體,并結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情開發(fā)出來的新一代水平連續(xù)發(fā)泡機(jī)。
2.機(jī)器主要技術(shù)指標(biāo):(1)產(chǎn)量:40~280kg/分鐘。(2)發(fā)泡密度范圍:8~60密度。(3)泡綿寬度1米~2.2米(可調(diào))。(4)主機(jī)總重:30噸。(5)機(jī)器工作環(huán)境溫度:-20℃~+40℃。(6)工作形式,上澆式/溢流槽式兩用。(7)主機(jī)外型尺寸:長(zhǎng)27米×寬3米(未計(jì)后段輸送帶及油罐尺寸)。 (8) 機(jī)器總功率110KW; 電壓:380V。
3.基本結(jié)構(gòu)
本機(jī)由主料罐、計(jì)量系統(tǒng)、控制電路、混合器、布料機(jī)構(gòu)、沉降板、熟化箱、放紙機(jī)構(gòu)、收紙機(jī)構(gòu)、切斷機(jī)、后段輸送帶等十一部分組成。
4.工作原理
本機(jī)將海綿原料由貯料罐恒溫后,由計(jì)量系統(tǒng)按比例輸送到混合器高速攪拌,布料機(jī)構(gòu)將原料均勻澆到紙模上,然后送到熟化箱聚合反應(yīng)定型,經(jīng)切斷機(jī)按需要切成一定長(zhǎng)度的塊料**由輸送帶輸送出成品海綿,即完成海綿生產(chǎn)流程。
安全注意事項(xiàng) 1、生產(chǎn)車間必須保持通風(fēng)良好。 2、海綿及原料是易燃物,應(yīng)切實(shí)做好防火工作,海綿生產(chǎn)出來后,有自燃的可能性,必須對(duì)其監(jiān)測(cè)6小時(shí)以上。 3、海綿原料M.C、TDI為有毒物質(zhì),操作時(shí)必須嚴(yán)防濺入眼睛和口鼻等處,如果誤入眼睛必須馬上用大量清水沖洗,再到醫(yī)院**診。 4、機(jī)械必須接地良好。 5、非專業(yè)人員不得擅自打開電箱,否則有觸電的危險(xiǎn),機(jī)械檢修前應(yīng)切斷電源,帶電檢修必須做好安全防護(hù)工作,以免發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。 6、機(jī)器使用完畢應(yīng)及時(shí)關(guān)閉電源,防止機(jī)器長(zhǎng)時(shí)間通電而影響使用壽命。 7、切斷機(jī)使用完畢后,自動(dòng)開關(guān)必須打到手動(dòng)位置,以防維護(hù)時(shí)引起誤動(dòng)作而發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。 8、M.C油罐在加料和發(fā)泡前必須打開頂部排氣閥,以防加料時(shí)壓力升高引起危險(xiǎn)。 9、混合器嚴(yán)禁長(zhǎng)時(shí)間空轉(zhuǎn)(允許空轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間約15秒),長(zhǎng)時(shí)間空轉(zhuǎn)混合器,會(huì)導(dǎo)致軸承嚴(yán)重磨損。 10、各組份油泵,不得長(zhǎng)時(shí)間高速空轉(zhuǎn),低速空轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間不得超過30秒。 11、主混合器、硅油混合器、油泵必須按規(guī)定方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 12、主混合器不得缺油運(yùn)行,否則容易損壞密封圈及軸承。 13、各工作人員操作時(shí)應(yīng)戴好防護(hù)眼鏡、防毒口罩和手套。
原料的降溫
本機(jī)用冷水循環(huán)降溫,當(dāng)原料溫度超過發(fā)泡工藝要求的溫度時(shí),開啟冷水機(jī)降溫。
本機(jī)順序: a、打開需要降溫的貯料罐進(jìn)水閥。 b、打開冷水機(jī)冷卻塔的補(bǔ)水閥。 c、打開冷水機(jī)冷水回流閥。 d、開啟冷卻塔和水泵電源。 e、開啟壓縮機(jī)電源,機(jī)器開始制冷,當(dāng)壓縮機(jī)超溫報(bào)警不制冷時(shí),關(guān)閉壓縮機(jī)電源過幾分鐘重新開機(jī)即可。
原料的加熱
當(dāng)天氣寒冷,原料溫度低于工藝要求的溫度時(shí),用熱水爐對(duì)原料進(jìn)行加熱,本機(jī)采用熱水循環(huán)方式加熱。

This machine features with new foaming way of spraying from top and it combines with the advantages of tub foaming and the top spraying one.

3. Structure:
This machine contains material tanks, measuring systems, controlling circuit, mixer, material spraying device, falling plates, oven, paper spreading/unreel device, foam cutter and conveyor.
Work process
After keeping constant temperature in the tank, the materials will be sent to mixer by measuring system and mix with high speed. Materials will be sprayed even to the paper and will react to finalize the block in the oven.
Caution:
1.Plant should be well ventilated;
2. Foam block and its materials are flammable and the products from this machine should be placed separated /monitored for 6 hours.
3. MC .TDI are poisonous and operator should be well aware of this.
4. Machine must be grounded.
5. Laypeople’s opening electricity box not allowed. Before fixing the machine, power supply must be cut off.
6. Power supply should be turned off after use to extend the life;
7. The cutter’s auto operation button must be turn to the position of
MANUAL to avoid accident;
8. When pouring the M.C and before forming, the exhaust valve on the top of tank must be open;
9. Mixer’s running without materials inside that exceed 15 seconds prohibited. Otherwise, bearing will get abraded.
10. Pumps of all materials will not be allowed to run at high speed without materials and the run at low speed without materials should not exceed 30 seconds.
11. Main mixer, silicon mixer and oil pump must run at the designated direction.
12. Main mixer must run with lubricant.
13. Operators must wear protective glass, mask and gloves.
Materials cooling:
This machine adopts water circulation cooling way and when the materials exceed the designated temperate that suitable for foaming, switch on the cooling unit.
Operation:
a. Open the water inlet valve of the material tank;
b. Open the water inlet of the cooling tower;
c. Open the cold water circumfluence valve;
d. Switch on the power of cooling tower and pump;
e. Switch on the power of compressor and machine starts cooling. If the compressor alarms and stops cooling, switch off the power and resume after minutes.
Material heating:
When the weather is cold and the material temperature is lower than the designated temperature that suitable for foaming, heat up the material with hot water stove. This machine adopts water circulation heating way.
