1 手工發(fā)泡機(jī)ZX-X119 （Hand foaming machine）
本機(jī)用于海綿原料的混合攪拌，發(fā)泡桶內(nèi)的原料通過高速攪拌，充分混合后產(chǎn)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)，及時(shí)倒入模具中發(fā)泡成成品海綿。
技術(shù)參數(shù)：
1、 電機(jī)功率：7.5~15KW(可選用)
2、 發(fā)泡桶2個(gè):￠550（有效容量為110KG），￠450（有效容量為70KG）
3、 有定時(shí)攪拌和剎車功能。注：特殊要求可訂做，如加大功率，變頻調(diào)速等。
此設(shè)備可改造成半自動(dòng)發(fā)泡機(jī)，不用人稱料，倒料，抽料，為客戶節(jié)約人工，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
It is used for handwork foaming. The material will be undergoing reaction after the high speed stir and fully mixture in the foaming barrel. The sponge will be formed in the mould as the missed material is put in the mould in time.
