4 工藝原理
4 process principle
鋼邊氯丁橡膠止水帶在大型蓄水池結(jié)構(gòu)變形縫或引發(fā)縫起止水、隔水作用。施工時(shí)通過模板的夾持與定位鋼筋的協(xié)同作用,保證鋼邊氯丁橡膠止水帶處于設(shè)計(jì)的位置。底板中與池壁中的鋼邊氯丁橡膠止水帶應(yīng)連接成一個(gè)整體,接頭處鋼板間采用鉚釘連接,橡膠采用熱熔連接的方式。施工中被鋼邊氯丁橡膠止水帶分隔開的區(qū)塊必須錯(cuò)開施工,如先施工A區(qū)塊,則與之相鄰的B區(qū)塊必須待A區(qū)塊混凝土成型后方可進(jìn)行(如圖4.1示)。整體成型后,池內(nèi)外的水**被鋼邊氯丁橡膠止水帶相互阻隔開來
