POF熱收縮吹膜機組生產(chǎn)線塑料擠出采用多層共擠（五層擠出、三層擠出）形式，通過下吹自動檢測膜管，定徑水環(huán)后再二次吹漲。加熱爐采用進口紅外線陶瓷片加熱，控溫系統(tǒng)采用比例控制形式，自動檢測環(huán)境溫度，調節(jié)加熱控溫比例，達到加熱速度快、控溫精度高的特點。整機采用電腦控制，雙觸摸屏操作方便，可在線提速，減少轉換規(guī)格、重新吹泡的浪費，大幅度提高成品率，配備在線測厚儀，提高產(chǎn)品厚薄精度。
