奧博HAT-2系列濾料是山東奧博環(huán)?？萍加邢薰驹诔袚?dān)國(guó)家863課題干法脫除多污染物協(xié)同控制技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)工況環(huán)境相對(duì)惡劣的高溫、高濕、腐蝕性強(qiáng)的煙氣除塵開發(fā)的纖維針刺氈濾料。適用于普通PPS濾料無(wú)法滿足的工況環(huán)境使用的高效濾料，具有除塵效率高，煙氣阻力低的過(guò)濾特點(diǎn)。該濾料具有耐腐蝕、耐氧化、過(guò)濾精度高、排放低、性能穩(wěn)定和壽命長(zhǎng)的特點(diǎn)。
奧博AOBO-2型濾料由優(yōu)質(zhì)超細(xì)PPS和不同配比PTFE纖維面層、PPS纖維層、加強(qiáng)型PTFE基布、PPS粗纖維層4層構(gòu)成。
采用超細(xì)面層，使針刺氈表面更致密，阻擋微細(xì)粉塵能力提高；通道前窄后寬，濾料內(nèi)層不易集塵，保持濾料長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行而阻力上升變化速度減緩，同時(shí)表面易清灰。超細(xì)面層的使用實(shí)現(xiàn)了濾料的過(guò)濾性能由“深層過(guò)濾”進(jìn)化到“表層過(guò)濾”。
后處理方式采用PTFE重磅浸漬防腐，使PTFE包覆在纖維的表面形成一層完整的膜，以降低氣體的通透阻力、加強(qiáng)濾料表面的防水防油能力及易清灰性能。濾料采用高溫定型處理，保證濾料在高溫使用環(huán)境中有良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性。濾料表面做了防水防油處理，保證其不吸水，表面具有憎水性能，在應(yīng)用中有效降低糊袋概率，不致孔隙堵塞，容易清灰，且有耐酸、堿等化學(xué)性能。
濾料用日本進(jìn)口重機(jī)采用PTFE線進(jìn)行縫制，加工成布袋。底部10cm加強(qiáng)。為保證達(dá)到更高的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，針孔全部經(jīng)過(guò)耐高溫硅膠進(jìn)行封閉涂層處理。避免微細(xì)粉塵在針孔中滲漏，保證總的排放濃度更低。先進(jìn)的設(shè)備和良好的線材保證濾袋在使用過(guò)程中不會(huì)出現(xiàn)因掉針、斷線等所造成的隱性故障，使濾袋性能更加優(yōu)良。
