PTFE除塵布袋屬于耐高溫除塵布袋，是在普通除塵布袋的基礎(chǔ)上覆上一層PTFE微孔薄膜，這層薄膜相當(dāng)于起到了“一次粉塵層”的作用，經(jīng)過燒結(jié)制成PTFE覆膜除塵布袋，它擁有較好的耐熱性、耐腐蝕性。它的優(yōu)勢(shì)是：
1、PTFE濾袋可以適應(yīng)低溫高溫兩種溫度，最低耐溫190℃，最高耐溫可以達(dá)到260℃，屬于高效耐高溫除塵布袋。
2、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性高，PTFE除塵布袋能承受熔融的堿金屬和氟化介質(zhì)之外的強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿，比如強(qiáng)氧化劑，還原劑，有機(jī)溶劑等。
3、PTFE濾袋具有很高的潤(rùn)滑性、不粘性，一些固體材料都不會(huì)被粘附在濾袋表面上，外表面光滑，應(yīng)用簡(jiǎn)單方便。
4、PTFE除塵布袋具有很高的防水性能和耐酸堿性能，可以有效防水耐酸堿；并且有很高的耐老化性能。
PTFE除塵布袋性能好，特點(diǎn)優(yōu)勢(shì)多，尤其是在在高溫?zé)煔獬龎m行業(yè)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用，比如：凈化垃圾焚燒爐高溫、高粘性粉塵的時(shí)候采用PTFE除塵布袋不容易被燒毀、糊袋、腐蝕等。
PTFE除塵布袋薄膜特有的立體網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)，使粉塵無法穿過，無孔隙堵塞之虞。覆膜濾料不僅可實(shí)現(xiàn)近于零排放，同時(shí)由于薄膜不粘性、摩擦系數(shù)小，故粉餅會(huì)自動(dòng)脫落，確保了設(shè)備阻力長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定，因此充分發(fā)揮了袋式除塵器優(yōu)越性，是理想的過濾材料。
AOBO-PTFE除塵濾袋
AOBO-PTFE系列濾料是采用具有耐所有化學(xué)腐蝕、以“纖維王”著稱的100% PTFE纖維及基布經(jīng)特殊工藝織布而成的針刺氈濾料及其覆膜濾料。主要應(yīng)用于危險(xiǎn)廢棄物焚燒、生活垃圾焚燒產(chǎn)生的高溫、高腐蝕的煙氣處理。該濾料具有耐所有化學(xué)腐蝕（強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿等條件下均不受影響）、可在260℃高溫下長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)運(yùn)行、排放濃度低（覆膜濾料可低于10mg/m3）等特點(diǎn)。是目前垃圾發(fā)電企業(yè)、危險(xiǎn)廢棄物焚燒企業(yè)煙氣處理的理想濾料。并成功應(yīng)用于以上企業(yè)得到客戶好評(píng)。
產(chǎn)品特性：
優(yōu)點(diǎn)：垃圾焚燒發(fā)電所產(chǎn)生的煙氣，具有高強(qiáng)腐蝕性、高濕性、溫度高等特性。采用100%PTFE纖維濾料，可以耐所有腐蝕性。經(jīng)覆膜的PTFE濾料可保證垃圾發(fā)電除塵效果10mg以下。
